Terms of Service

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer

This is a placeholder. It describes what the software actually does today, so the signup consent links go somewhere real instead of a missing page. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a solicitor. Replace this text with a professionally drafted document before taking a paying customer.

1. What the service is

BeautyRaena is software for beauty professionals to manage bookings, clients, leads, messages and reviews. It is provided as a subscription.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. One account represents one business.

3. Your data belongs to you

Client records, appointments and messages you put into the platform remain yours. We process them so the service can function. We do not sell them.

4. Third-party services

The platform relies on third-party providers to deliver parts of the service, including customer-relationship and messaging infrastructure. If you connect an outside account such as a social media page, the terms of that provider apply to that connection as well.

5. Payment

Subscriptions are billed for the plan you select. Prices are shown before you subscribe.

Billing is not yet enabled. Payment terms, refund rules, renewal and cancellation must be written here before charging anyone.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, to impersonate anyone, or to store data you have no right to hold. You are responsible for having permission to contact the people in your client list.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and third-party outages can interrupt it.

8. Ending your subscription

You may stop your subscription at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Notice periods and data retention after cancellation must be specified here.

9. Changes

If these terms change materially we will tell you before the change takes effect.

10. Contact

Add the operating company name, registered address and a contact email. Most jurisdictions require these to be published.
